In Medical Board of Australia v Pawape (No. 2) [2024] QCAT 141, the Queensland Civil and Administrative Tribunal deliberated on allegations of professional misconduct against Dr. Gibson Pawape, concerning breaches of conditions previously set on his medical registration.
