Welcome to TLDR Caselaw (the "Service"), which focuses on providing summaries of recent Queensland court decisions to paid subscribers. Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Terms and Conditions") carefully before using our website. By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the Service.

  • The Service provides paid subscribers with summaries of recent Queensland court decisions, which aims to be available within 48 hours after publication on the Supreme Court Library website.

  • While we strive to provide timely and accurate information, the Service is not guaranteed to deliver summaries within the specified timeline on every occasion.

  • The summaries provided by the Service are intended for general information purposes only and may not be completely accurate or comprehensive.

  • Access to premium content, such as the email notifications for new caselaw summaries and the archive of past summaries, is granted to paying subscribers only.

  • Your subscription begins upon payment and will renew automatically until cancelled.

  • Summaries provided by the Service are for personal use and may not be used for any commercial purpose without express permission.

  • The Service does not provide legal advice, and summaries should not be relied upon for legal decisions.

  • The content provided by the Service, including text, graphics, images, and other material are the intellectual property of the Service or its licensors.

  • No content may be reproduced, distributed, or transmitted in any form without the prior written permission of the Service.

  • The Service, including all content made available on or accessed through the Service, is provided "as is" and the Service disclaims any warranties of accuracy, completeness or timeliness of the content.

  • The Service will not be liable for any decisions taken by the subscriber or other third parties based upon the summaries provided by the Service.

  • The Service shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the service or for the cost of procurement of substitute services.

  • The Service reserves the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time.

  • These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Queensland, Australia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
